The design proposal of Hotel Sun N Shade was envisioned as a luxurious 20-storey high-rise building designed to blend modern elegance with the unique cultural and natural heritage of Madagascar. Situated in Tsaralalana, Antananarivo, the design aims to offer guests a sophisticated, tranquil environment that harmonizes with the urban landscape while providing spectacular views of the city and surrounding hills.

Designing a luxurious and functional hotel like the Hotel Sun-n-Shade required careful planning to seamlessly blend elegance, comfort, and convenience. The design concept incorporates the following principles:

Purpose-Driven Layout:
The hotel block and other key facilities, such as the convention center and community center, are strategically arranged to ensure a smooth flow of guests while providing easy access to all amenities.

Modern and Elegant Aesthetics:
The guest rooms, business areas, and recreational facilities are designed with modern aesthetics, featuring sleek lines, stylish décor, and high-quality materials that create an upscale, luxurious environment.

Seamless Integration of Technology: 
The hotel is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including fast Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs in every room, and modern business center tools, catering to both leisure and business travelers.

Wellness and Relaxation Spaces
The fitness center, featuring a sauna, massage parlor, and billiard room, is designed to promote health and relaxation. The pool area with a snack bar offers a serene environment for leisure and rejuvenation.
