• Urban Context & Site Analysis: Apartments are designed to integrate seamlessly with their surroundings. Each project reflects the unique characteristics of the area, whether urban, suburban, or rural.
• Climate-Responsive Design: Features like cross-ventilation, large windows, and shaded balconies ensure optimal airflow and natural light, essential for the hot and humid climate of Bangladesh.
• Structure & Materials: The use of locally sourced materials like brick, terracotta, and bamboo not only reduces environmental impact but also reflects the rich architectural heritage of the country.
